It was a wonderful experience. The location was excellent and lovely, the public spaces were clean and the staff was absolutely courteous. The room was big size and warm, also it had smoke detectors. Need to add that lake view was a nice bonus.

Excellent and fairly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is perfect. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with Sky TV, balconies, for instance. It's huge as was rest of hotel.

My room was good-sized overlooking lake. The location in an extremely comfortable area was exceptionally nice and the best and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Plus, it was close enough to Monument of Manzoni.
